How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
To track your order:

How much does delivery cost?

Why is my order incomplete?
Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery from our nearest fulfillment center.
If you receive only part of your order, rest assured — the remaining items are on their way!
I didn’t receive my order

Our support team will investigate with our logistics partners and ensure your issue is resolved quickly.
Purchases & Returns
Can I change my order?
Yes — you may request changes to your order as long as it hasn’t entered the “Processing” stage.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet.
Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Please email support@fewart.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-Day Guarantee for all Fewart products.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address.
My item is defective or not working properly
We stand behind the quality of every Fewart product.
If your item arrives defective or stops functioning properly within 30 days, we’ll replace or refund it free of charge.

My item is not the right size / type
For accessories or attachments, please refer to our product size guide before purchasing.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong model or part, contact us at support@fewart.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please note that used or opened hygiene-related accessories (e.g., beauty rollers, pads, or heads) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
